Bergedel Goreng or Fried Meat Patties
INGREDIENTS

To prepare:
- Mash potatoes, adding 1 tsp butter to taste.
- Add in meat, garlic, shallots and remaining butter into mashed potatoes.
- Repated with remaining ingredients except oil and egg white.
- Pepper and salt to taste.
- Heat oil on medium flame.
- Dip patties in egg white and proceed to deep fry method.
- When cooked to golden brown, remove and drain well on paper towel.
Serve hot with boiled white rice and other dishes.
