What We Like:

Hotel Rating:

We like the fact that the Embassy Inn was located close to some of the major attractions in Victoria but not too close for us to hear the busy traffic noise. The rooms were small but clean and modern, beds were comfortable enough. Staff members were friendly and extremely helpful. We like this budget-friendly place.

Jeff's comments: Price! Did I forget to mention it was cheap? For its location, this place is definitely for a family with a budget.

Aileen's comments: I had a great view of the Legislative Building. Magnificient!

What We Didn't Like:

There was only one small problem which was easily fixed. We received a room that was not made up upon our arrival and when we complained, the staff at the front desk were very apologetic and instantly issued another room (upgraded) with a view. The restaurant food was mediocre but the servers were attentive and pleasant.

Aileen's comments: The outdoor pool was a little bit small. Not good to go for a swim in the early morning.
